Cancellation requests are subject to the stage of processing and dispatch.

If an order has already been dispatched or otherwise entered the fulfilment process, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the order may instead be handled under our applicable Returns & Refund Policy.

Any cancellation rights required under applicable Indian law will continue to apply.

10. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to India only.

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time is approximately 5-7 after dispatch, depending on the destination, shipping provider, and other circumstances.

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed where delays arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

  • Transportation disruptions;

  • Courier delays;

  • Government restrictions;
